Don't laugh!!!! I really did cook it all, and the pie really is not burnt. It just looks dark, but it was yummy!!! Well, Dan smoked the turkey.. sorta... with instructions from the ER. Oh... yeah, we were in the ER all day the day before while the turkey was smoking.. unattended.. until Papa & GG arrived to take over. But they didn't know how to smoke... so Dan gave them instructions over the phone every 30 minutes... We were lucky to have a turkey!!!
