Christmas in Rockdale

As usual, we headed down to Rockdale after our Christmas here to visit with Dan's family. We always have so much fun! It was like a whole new Christmas for Gunnar! More toys than he will ever need!

From Uncle Jack & Jane Allen, a new drum set. For the record, last year they got him the guitar (which was a HIT) so this year, they had to make sure they got something louder... and they did.

And, this year, everyone did a White Elephant gift exchange. The rules were that it had to be something you already had... Denise got a bucket of bungee cords.

Jack got some soy scented candles!!!

Dan got a hand made beer can chicken stand (handcrafted by Jamie).

Papa got a beautiful vase.

And Jane Allen got a bird feeder.... she loved it!

Gunnar's already practicing his drums.

Getting pretty good.

But.. of all of the toys and all of the gifts, he can't resist the fly swatter.
