Happy Birthday to me!!!

Well, ok, so his birthday is actually tomorrow, but Dad had to work on his birthday. So after church, we opened gifts (these are from Mom & Dad)...







Then we headed out to Uncle Shane's and Aunt Ally's for a little family celebration. We had to stop for lunch on the way.... we went to Chili's because Gunnar was begging for tortilla chips (one of his fave's). We told the waitress it was his birthday and they brought him a bowl of ice cream!!! Score for Gunnar! He was a little nervous at the crowd of singers, but he loved the ice cream!

After a short nap in the car, we arrived at Uncle Shane's. They had birthday cake....



Gunnar blew out the candle. Or at least, tried to. Trevor & Brandon helped!

And, even though Mom & Dad were so sure Gunnar would eat his cake for the very first time this year (he has actually eaten cake before this...), he was so overwhelmed, he only ate the first bite of icing...
